Mr. and Mrs. Faulk tied the knot in Enterprise, AL this October. I had such a great time working with these two because it was plain to any outsider just how much love and passion they have for one another. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Josie and Keaton over the past eight months while fine tuning the photography specifics of their big day and feel that the photos accurately reflect their relationship. Both of them were open to do a lot of creative poses, both goofy and romantic, letting their personalities shine! I had a fantastic time taking photos of Josie in particular because she brings such energy to each pose as you can tell by her photos!

The theme the couple chose for the wedding Tiffany’s. Naturally, the wedding colors were Tiffany’s blue and white which were reflected in the bridesmaids dresses and flowers as well as the decor at the ceremony and reception. The overall feel of the wedding resounded with Southern elegance and the beautiful Alabama weather allowed us to switch between indoor and outdoor photo locations with ease. One of my favorite photo spots outside was in front of the brick wall of an abandoned building across the street from the church. The colors and texture of the building gave us a great backdrop for a variety of poses. However, the most fun for me as a photographer was the opportunity to work with such a large group of people since both Josie and Keaton come from big families. I am thrilled with the outcome of the photos and hope they help Josie and Keaton remember their wedding day as vividly as if if were only yesterday for decades to come!
